Refund policy

[Cancellation / Return / Exchange]
1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 8 days from the date of arrival of the item, and in principle, if unopened, we accept returns.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges for the following products.WhenPlease note that you cannot do this.
・ Products used
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 9 days
・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
・ Products without packages (bags / cases)
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
3. The shipping fee for returned goods will be borne by the customer and will be notified in advance.
4. Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method. 5. In the unlikely event that there is a product defect or damage caused by us, we will bear the shipping cost for returned goods.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Please be sure to contact us in advance for any returns or exchanges.
